I have received news from my partner and some other people in the circle. Regarding some media are unhappy about our reportage of the AKB48 interview.
Saying that I was unprofessional… everyone starts out as a noob. I did not claim I was some professional from some big firms or big papers.
Regarding the time spent on getting my question across, I don’t blame anyone for that.
Heres the fact: I was the first to ask the question. My simple question got complicated when the translator did not understand it as she was not familiar with this upcoming game. So a lot of time was spent re-asking the question. In fact I was every guilty too so I asked lesser questions.
It was loud outside as the cosplay solo competition are undergoing, so I communicated with the translator at my normal volume. She was just next to me; do you expect me to shout across the room?
I was the one doing the talking and Kippei was the one who held my camera. I can’t imagine how he got dragged into this too. He decided to take videos for the session, and I respected his decision on it. Enough said. If the management and her managers are ok with us uploading the video to the whole world, we will gladly upload it. Hence there are not much photos to upload, and do you know the amount of cameras that were pointing at them to take the last group photo? The girls are seriously lost on where to look at. Kippei was sitting on the sofa behind me, and was in front, I don’t see any reason of how the “sneak-in” and take the photo. Is the number of photos that are posted for reportage so important? If so, why isn’t the digital media and print media of our country including more of the photos?
About me fabricating some questions? As much as you can’t hear me, I can’t hear some of the questions too. It might be a bit inaccurate, but hey everyone is still learning.
To all that came to our site because of this, we thank you for being with us and reading through this. We will take this as a lesson and improve on our reports in the future.
PEACE TO EVERYONE. WE CAME IN PEACE, SO DON’T BULLY US!
And no, I will not be holding a press conference for this kind of topic. I am actually feeling unwell since morning, but feel that I have to write something on this page before we get dragged deeper.
Posts for STGCC day 1-3 will be delayed as I will need to get some fresh air and rest. At the same time, brainstorm on how to become a professional.
