Today began with a resin stint, working 12 hours straight from 11 am to 11 pm. At 11 am, was feeling lazy. Decided to do some hand painting and ended up 5 hours dealing with Nina main feature, the head.

There is 2 version to follow. Version 1 is the orginal product prototype, version 2 was done by someone else. Version 2 was used being it is more realistic and sharp. Blush was pre-applied beforehand and sealed. Hot-orange was used for the pupil to give the fiery look. Hot-orange paint was a unintended purchase, but I didn’t knew the result was what I wanted. After which, is reseal and touch up by airbrush and the final paint seal.

This is the range of acrylic paints that I used for handpainting. Citadel was used before I switch over to vallejo game colour. Now citadel ware mainly metallics, while game color are mostly colour paints.
Eager to get it done by tonight, speed spray the rest of the parts, and fixing began.
No mood to document the process but this is the almost end result.

Closed up. You get what I meant for the eyes.

Far shot.
The lance I decide to leave it for tomorrow and one of the lash I forget to get it fixed up.

Off topic a bit. Edmond if you can see this, this is the gate valve which is leaking gas.
